beam is extremely saddened to hear of the death of our Monarch, Queen Elizabeth II. We offer our deepest condolences to the Royal Family.
As the country enters a period of national mourning, many events may be cancelled as a mark of respect. beam is therefore advising all agencies, venues and suppliers to proactively contact their clients ahead of events taking place to discuss options should events need to be postponed or cancelled, for peace of mind if nothing else.
If events are unable to go ahead, we urge all members to work together by looking at alternative dates or pausing and agreeing to do nothing until the period of mourning has passed. As we have all been doing throughout the last few years, collaboration and support remain imperative during this difficult time.
Should there be any official guidance around meeting and events during this period we will of course share this information with you all as soon as possible.
