With nearly 20 years of experience in the hotel, events and travel industry, I have been fortunate enough to gather experience across both global brand hotels chains, independent venues and within an agency.

My specialty market is MICE and have worked alongside the association in previous roles as Events Chair and most recently, two years as Venue Chair.  I have a true passion for our industry and the future of it.

In the position of Talent & Development Director, suppliers, I aim to target an area that has always been that of concern.  But now more than ever, after surviving a pandemic, we need to readdress the way we actively promote, retain and train people in our sector.

Lets make events great again and even more importantly, let’s make working in the industry better!
