Ryan Doyle has been immersed in the hospitality industry since the age of 16, working for brands such as Jurys Inn, JW Marriott & Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, spending time working in both the UK & USA. During his career he has achieved specialist status in pharmaceutical and healthcare events and has a true passion for the business, events, accommodation and meetings industry.

Ryan has been with Park Regis for 4 years and has developed into the role as Group Sales Director for the wider Management company, Switch Hospitality Management. Ryan is responsible for the leadership of Switch HM sales teams and encourages all to create and galvanise a sales culture across the group. Working with sales teams to implement and guide strategic sales plans, market segment growth and sales activity across the portfolio which including Hotels, Serviced Offices & Apartments and a growing Build to rent portfolio.

Ryan joined Park Regis as Associate Director of Sales with a wealth of experience in hotel sales and account direction in branded properties, allowing him to position these properties in front of key buyers in the MICE and Travel Markets. Ryan has successfully relaunched and repositioned the Conference & Event offering for properties in the group, increasing agency and direct conference business by 34%, whilst driving accommodation through specialist segments such as legal, pharmaceutical, property, construction, media and sporting.

Throughout his Sales career Ryan has been an engaged member of beam (formally HBAA) launching the Next Gen shadow board, raising the profile of the association and the industry to members under the age of 30 and most recently lead the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion action group. Further strengthening the commitment to the beam terms of ethics and truly making beam accessible to all. Being appointed to the beam board shows a perfect example of the continuous professional development and engagement the industry offers, something very much at the heart of beam.

Ryan graduated from University of Birmingham with a first class honours in Hospitality & Business management and in 2020 won the coveted Caterer & Hotelkeeper Acorn award for his commitment and engagement within the hospitality industry.
