Call for Entries: Heavent Awards 2023 in Cannes – Entry Deadline extended until 22 February 2023
The Heavent Awards 2023 will take place 30 March 2023 in the Palais des Festivals de Cannes.
Live communication agencies worldwide can enter their best 2022 events to be recognized among the international event community, in nine categories. As every year, the special prizes Grand Prix of the Jury and International Grand Prix of the Jury are awarded.
The 2023 jury members are corporate event and communication managers (Air France, Volkswagen, Dassault, International Olympic Committee, Maisons du Monde, Henkel, ING…). Maarten Schram, Founder and Managing Director of LiveCom Alliance, who awarded the International Grand Prix of the Jury for the 2022 edition, will enrich the jury this year thanks to his longstanding international expertise.
As a nominee at Heavent Awards agencies can showcase their work to international brand leaders across the creative marketing industry.
For all shortlisted events, 3 nights of accommodation in one of the top hotels in Cannes (28 – 31 March 2023) + ceremony/cocktail dinner/after party for the nominees (agency and client) are included in the submission fee.

The award ceremony of the 15th Heavent Awards on 30 March 2023 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes will, as every year, be the final highlight of the trade show Heavent Meetings.
Heavent Meetings is an event and MICE trade fair with targeted one2one meetings, business lunches and three networking evenings in extraordinary event locations. 2,500 visitors, including 500 Hosted Buyers (agencies and companies) are expected.
Heavent Meetings organizes a Hosted Buyer program for event industry decision makers (agencies, associations, and corporates) including flights to Nice, 3 nights in a top Cannes hotel, and lunch & dinner.
The exhibitors are event technology and production service providers, local and national event agencies, exceptional venues, hotels, destinations, convention centers, entertainment and decoration agencies, rental furniture, catering, event software & technology, tents & structures
