8th December 2022 UK: Hilton Birmingham Metropole – one of the UK’s most expansive residential meetings and events destinations – has grown its offering with the launch of its brand new onsite destination bar and restaurant, Brightsmith On The Water. Mixing contemporary style with playful fun, the venue gives organisers even more space to meet, socialise and dine, and is already proving a popular location for post-event drinks and after show parties.
The space has become a prime meeting point for both visitors and overnight guests, following a high profile influencers event last month that excited the local glitterati and underlines how the hotel can offer waterside cool at the end of a business event. Now, organisers are looking to Brightsmith On The Water as the perfect setting to round off the day with cocktails and contemporary tunes.
The bar and restaurant concept includes an outside terrace with views over the lake, where guests can enjoy inventive British food and a range of cocktails, packed with personality and drama. Its fresh décor incorporates vintage elements such as sofas, chandeliers and ornate panels that sit alongside industrial influences. The name Brightsmith is inspired by the craft of metal manipulation – taking something seemingly rough and unrefined and skilfully transforming it into something polished.
