beam and The BTA Collaborate to Deliver BTA’s Conference for Hospitality and Meetings Professionals

In a powerful demonstration of cross-association collaboration, beam is supporting The BTA to deliver the Accommodation, Meetings & Events Conference – a one-day event dedicated to equipping TMCs (Travel Management Companies) and meetings & events professionals with practical tools and insights.

Taking place on 3 June at Melia White House London, the conference will feature expert-led panels on resilience, guest experience, and technology innovation, alongside hands-on workshops addressing ESG strategies and RFP transformation. Designed to encourage peer learning, the event also offers opportunities for networking and knowledge-sharing.

Louisa Watson, beam Chair, said: “In times of transformation, partnerships like this are invaluable. By recognising synergies, and aligning with beam to support its conference, The BTA can offer members a comprehensive programme that supports professionals across every area of the business travel, accommodation, and meetings landscape.”

Andrew Clarke, The BTA’s Commercial Director echoed Louisa’s sentiment: “This collaboration brings together our complementary strengths and shared commitment to advancing the industry. And it sends a message to the industry that The BTA values the contribution of the accommodation and meetings industry to our business travel ecosystem.”

The conference is open to members of both associations.
