beam strengthens leadership team to drive growth and strategic vision

beam is pleased to announce the appointment of three new directors who will play integral roles in driving the association forward.

Tracy Winsworth, Managing Director of Trinity Event Solutions, joined the beam board in October 2024 and will take on the role of joint Commercial Director alongside Ben Hioco. Their focus will be on building strategic relationships that enable the industry to collaborate more effectively with key partners, developing best practices, with the intention of supporting beam members in achieving their business objectives.

“I am excited to step into the role of Commercial Director at beam,” said Tracy Winsworth. “Our aim is to establish meaningful partnerships that will enhance the collective strength of the industry whilst providing direct value to our members. We want to ensure they are equipped with the best resources and opportunities for growth.”

Joining the board as a Marketing Director in February 2025 is Ben Hull, Managing Director at Bright Vision Events, who will take on a joint role working with the Marketing action group and Agency Engagement group. Ben will focus on strengthening beam’s identityfurther and assist in broadening the associations appeal to a wider audience of agents.

Kieron Bowen, Sales Director at Eventurous, also joining the board in February 2025 and will assume the responsibilities of ESG Director. In this role, Kieron will work with collaborative partners to strengthen beam’s sustainability proposition and ensure ESG remains at the forefront of the association’s agenda.

“Sustainability and responsible business practices are now critical considerations for our industry,” said Kieron Bowen. “I am passionate about working closely with our members and partners to create meaningful ESG strategies that support long-term industry resilience and positive change.”

Each director is supported by a dedicated beam Action Group (bAG), consisting of volunteers representing beam membership, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership.

Louisa Watson, Chair of beam, welcomes the new directors and highlights the board’s continued commitment to supporting agencies, venues and suppliers across the industry.
