Venues of Excellence welcomes Scarman and Central Campus Venues into Membership

The Venues of Excellence (VoE) consortium is renowned for its collection of unique and diverse venues within membership and the addition of the Central Campus Venues and the return of their award-winning Scarman at Warwick Conferences highlights the golden thread of quality throughout their venue collection.

Warwick Conferences are no stranger to the consortium with The Slate and Radcliffe being in membership for a number of years, so when the new Central Campus Venues were launched earlier in the new year, offering a collection of diverse buildings and spaces all available in one destination at the University of Warwick, introducing the venues into membership was a natural step.

By contrast, Scarman which is a fantastic, dedicated training and conference centre re-joined membership offering a full range of conference and training facilities, including exceptional outdoor spaces to enable delegates to enjoy the creativity from hosting breakouts and team building in the fresh air, and green campus of Warwick University.

Mandy Jennings, CEO Venues of Excellence welcomed the addition of the two academic venues commenting: “Venues of Excellence is all about exceptional, independent venues that offer conference and events planners with a plethora of choice to host their events.  The new spaces at Central Campus Venues are offering a unique choice of bespoke facilities that sit within academic venues.  It’s great to see Scarman coming back into membership once again bringing the entire Warwick Conferences portfolio into the Venues of Excellence consortium.”

Paul Bartlett, Director at Warwick Conferences commented: “We have been members of Venues of Excellence for several years now, where we have received fantastic support promoting our Radcliffe and The Slate spaces to organisers and delegates. We are delighted that Venues of Excellence have added our recently launched Central Campus Venues as well as our Scarman to its list of recognised conference locations.

“We’re keen to break down the barriers on academic spaces and show the fantastic opportunities that they can offer clients. We look forward to working with Venues of Excellence to continue the promotion of Warwick Conferences and help create lasting experiences for organisers and delegates alike.”

Venues of Excellence is experiencing a significant increase in enquiries from potential venues who are looking to gain sales and marketing support, whilst maintaining their venue independence.  What unites VoE’s members is a commitment to quality, and their commitment to underpin VoE’s position as the leading collection of spaces for training, conferences, meetings and events.

Venues of Excellence represents over 40 venues in the UK and will be exhibiting at The Meetings Show at ExCeL London in June, meeting with clients and sharing all their exciting news about their member venues.
