Warwick Conferences announces new Business Development Manager

Award-winning events and meetings space provider, Warwick Conferences, has announced the appointment of Christine Jones as Business Development Manager

Supporting organisations in the pharmaceutical, finance and legal sectors, Christine has worked at Warwick Conferences for more than 12 years as a Sales Manager. In her new role, Christine will be using her extensive experience to manage client relationships to ensure events are designed to meet wider business objectives.

The Warwick Conferences business development department is responsible for ensuring its spaces reflect the needs of its customers and visitors. The team takes a consultative approach to meeting design, keeping atop of trends and holding board positions on a number of industry bodies. Christine will be working with customers to bring a creative vision to their events and meetings, ensuring organisers achieve a memorable experience.

Christine Jones said: “I’m looking forward to working with new and existing clients to help create the most effective environment for their meetings and events. In my 12 years at Warwick Conferences, I have seen how the facilities have continually evolved to ensure delegates are always inspired, and I can’t wait to help organisers achieve their business goals and objectives in my new role.”

Paul Bartlett, Director at Warwick Conferences, said: “Christine has a wealth of experience in the events and meetings sector and will be looking to tap into this expertise to ensure we deliver memorable experiences to organisations. She has been a fantastic asset to Warwick Conferences over the last decade, making her the perfect addition to the business development team.”

Warwick Conferences continually develops its spaces to reflect the latest requirements, with its hybrid, outdoor and quiet spaces, all of which have been developed to enhance delegate wellbeing, the latest.  Earlier this year, it added two new spaces to its Central Campus Venues offering – the £57.5m Faculty of Art Centre and recently renovated £25.5m Warwick Arts Centre. As such, Central Campus Venues now boasts 300 spaces in total, bringing together world-leading culture and leisure, overnight accommodation, and cutting-edge large-scale venues.
