Sustainability takes centre stage for beam and we believe that all beam members feel as passionately about this as we do. Some members are well along in their journey and some, through no fault of their own, are just starting out or reigniting after the pandemic.
We want to support members on this journey and the ‘green beam’ team are set up to offer practical support and sign-post members should they need help.
beam would like all members, agents and suppliers to commit to the following undertakings for their businesses:
- We have a sustainability policy and set of goals for our organisation.
- We have or will work towards an accreditation by 2025
- We will have an energy and/or waste reduction programme in place by 2025
- We will track and monitor our carbon footprint – Travel, Energy & Waste – by 2025
