When does the membership year start?

The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December, however new applications are received year round and the membership may be paid pro-rata if appropriate.

I’ve just applied for membership, when will I get my login details and be able to come to events?

On receipt of satisfactory references and payment of your invoice you will be supplied with website log-in details. You will then be welcome to attend any events we have running.

What is the membership process?

When new applications are received, our current members are given the opportunity to object. We also follow up your references and if all is satisfactory an invoice is raised. Once we have received payment for the fees, your membership will be up and running and you will be able to enjoy the benefits of membership.

What do I do if I can’t provide references?

If you do not know who to use as a reference, it still may be possible to join us. Contact the Executive Office who will be able to advise you.

How will I be charged if I join part way through the year?

The membership year runs from 1 Oct – 30 Sept  and fees for any organisations joining  during the membership year will be charged pro-rata, subject to date of application.
