The Cvent Difference:

Most event tech is built for yesterday’s problems. Cvent is built for what events need to do now: drive revenue, prove ROI, and perform at scale. Whether you’re a planner chasing flawless execution, a marketer proving pipeline, or a hospitality professional filling your venue, performance is the point. Here’s how we deliver.

  • Trusted, AI-powered platform
  • Data advantage
  • Unrivalled ecosystem
  • Deep expertise

Recruitment That Fuels the Events Industry

Disrupt Talent specialises in recruitment across the live events and exhibitions sector, partnering with venues, organisers, agencies, and production companies to solve one of the industry’s biggest challenges, finding, hiring, and retaining the right talent.

In a market where speed and reliability are critical, they provide talent that performs under pressure, fits seamlessly into culture, and stays. Whether it’s permanent hires to lead teams or experienced freelance and activation staff to deliver on the ground, they match people to businesses in a way that drives results, not just fills roles.

Supporting at any stage of your sustainability journey

From discussions on where and how to start being more sustainable through to measuring carbon output and importantly offering a straightforward, affordable certification system –ECOsmart– are inspiring and empowering organisations to create meaningful change to help fight the environmental crisis.

Managing Mental Health in the Workplace

We believe that mental health doesn’t stop at the office door

It’s part of every individual’s daily life and has a direct impact on workplace performance, culture, and safety. We provide expert workplace mental health and wellbeing training and consultancy across the UK, equipping businesses with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support their people effectively. From managing stress and building resilience to creating supportive environments where conversations about mental health are normalised, we help organisations recognise that wellbeing is not a “nice to have” but a vital part of business success.
