Within membership, we have agencies, hotels, serviced apartment and venue companies, including global hotel brands and independent properties.
Our agency membership covers a wide range of businesses that specialise in the procurement, creation, design, management and delivery of facilities and services for business events, accommodation and meetings, both in the UK and internationally.
Since 1997, the association has been supporting them, and the suppliers, including hotel and venue companies they work with.
There are currently ten types of beam members:
- Agency Members – Accommodation, meeting and event booking agencies
- Supplier Members – Hotels/apartments/venues
- Serviced Apartment Provider Members
- Representation Company Members – Properties represented must include business events as a key sales focus
- Creative Agency Members – Business events must provide a significant income stream for the company
- Convention Bureau Members
- Consultancy Members
- Destination Management Company Members – Business events must provide a significant income stream for the company
- Industry Supplier Members
- Tech Company Members
- Tourist Board Members – Businesses must have a UK based representative or office
- Production Company Members – Properties represented must include business events as a key sales focus
