Since 1997, our association has steadfastly supported our members and their valued suppliers, including the hotel and venue companies with whom they collaborate.

Our membership base represents a wide spectrum of businesses, unified by a shared commitment to inclusivity, a fundamental tenet reflected in our association’s Terms of Ethics, which all members wholeheartedly uphold.

At the core of our members’ business relationships lies our association’s Code of Practice, meticulously crafted and endorsed by our members. This code ensures the implementation of best practices among agencies, hotels, and venues, thereby guaranteeing a professional service for their clientele.

To ensure its ongoing relevance and applicability, our Code of Practice undergoes regular reviews and updates by dedicated working parties, representing the diverse interests of our member organisations. The forthcoming 2022 review will reflect contemporary business practices and our association’s rebranding as beam.
