beam would like to invite beam supplier and agency members along with a senior member of your finance team to attend our in-person ‘Finance Forum’ members only meeting and lunch on 23 May 2024 at Village Hotel Coventry .
The purpose is to encourage a better understanding of mutual working practices involving billback, credit, deposits, prepayments and use of credit/virtual cards. We will be covering the importance of recognising the Principal Payee versus Third Party Agent, the costs of Credit Cards versus Virtual Cards and all things commission.
There will also be a presentation from HotStats providing an Analytical Summary on Q1 2024.

The Forum is aimed at our Primary contacts and Finance Directors, or key finance personnel.
