Leaders don’t develop overnight. We already have many leadership qualities within us – the speed of our growth depends on when we start to nurture and develop them.
This programme is aimed at staff seeking a step up in their career and want to increase their confidence and abilities when leading an event or project.
Weekly sessions are curated through coaching-inspired practices, insights from leading neuroscientists and behaviour-change techniques. Throughout the programme, you will:
