Stand D51

At The Meetings Show this year, beam is partnering with mia with a stand including a studio area where a wide variety of fascinating education sessions will take place over the two days. Full details are available in the Education Programme on the show website.

Exhibiting with beam on stand D51 are Brooklands HotelGreengage Solutions, Edwardian Hotels, Village Hotels and the London Stadium.

The Brooklands Hotel team will be talking to buyers about winning a trip to Barcelona when they book their event there. Details here: https://www.brooklandshotelsurrey.com/offer/trip-to-barcelona/

London Stadium will be revealing its new outdoor space The Deck and newly launched Christmas 2023 packages.

Village Hotel Club has everything a guest needs from a business hotel and more, all under one roof, to support a better work life balance and ensure a purposeful stay. The team will explain how they can help business and people thrive, as well as their journey towards a better, more sustainable future.

Edwardian Hotels is a collection of 13 hotels in prime locations, with 3,000 rooms, 150 event spaces and over 20 restaurants & bars in London and Manchester – Including its newest addition The Londoner – a super-boutique hotel in the heart of the west end.

Greengage Solutions supports organisations around the globe at any stage of their sustainability journey. The team will be sharing the benefits of their ECOsmart sustainability accreditation for venues and agencies as well as the EVENTsmart tool for measuring event carbon emissions.

Following The Meetings Show, beam’s premier business event, the Annual Forum, takes place on 6 and 7 July at the Hilton Bournemouth.

“Industry 4.0 – Collaborations, Connections & Community is about preparing and supporting our members with what is coming next. The format will be a mix of plenary and educational breakout sessions,” says Beckie Towle, event director of beam.

“The content will cover a broad range of significant industry subject areas, including AI and ChatGPT, data, ESG, and leadership skills with many highly engaging expert speakers.”

The forum is open to members and non-members and places can be booked by clicking here to register.
