Cheshire-based sports technology company AWOL’s new offshoot, FotoGoto, partners with Event Tech Live (ETL) and Event Sustainability Live (ESL) at ExCeL London this month.
Visitors upload a selfie to find matching images taken by official photographers at the event, with the whole process taking place in just 5 seconds; heralding a new benchmark in live event experience.
Easy to adopt, clients can link and manage financial and customer data via their existing systems, while data protection is assured through AWOL’s 12 years of practice. FotoGoto comes with a range of enhanced protective tools too, for events where visitors require a privacy checkpoint.
Rich Burnett, Chief Ops Officer at AWOL, comments: “We’re fielding a team of photographers at Event Tech Live and Event Sustainability Live who will be roaming the halls capturing shots of speakers, guests and exhibitors at certain engaging touch points. To give a breadth and flavour of ETL/ESL 23, and tell a personal story about guests’ time there.”
Matt Brocklehurst, CTO at AWOL, comments: “FotoGoto takes the very best of our tech, in a deliberately simplified and streamlined form, scaling it out to a much wider user base”
“We’re looking forward to speaking with Event Organisers and Brands at the show, getting our hands dirty and showing everyone how FotoGoto works – how almost anyone can use it to great effect.” More info at www.fotogoto.com.
Event Tech Live co-founder, Adam Parry, comments: “It doesn’t get much more cutting edge! Partnering with a business that’s branching out into the wider event industry at ETL, taking what has changed the face of Mass Participation Sports Event Photography and making it available to everyone”
“AI is making intriguing headlines even on these non-stop news days. FotoGoto incorporates that tech’s upside to change the way we see and use images in an event environment. Look up ETL and ESL 2023 for details…”
Event Tech Live and Event Sustainability Live are both free-to-attend and will be co-located at ExCeL London on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th November.
