Leonardo Hotels Hosts First Inaugural Gala Ball to Showcase Conference Facilities

Leonardo Hotels held its first inaugural Vegas-themed all-agency Gala Ball on 15th February at Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island to showcase the hotel group’s extensive range of flexible meeting, function rooms and facilities.

The event, which welcomed 200 agents from travel management companies, event management agencies and venue finders who work with Leonardo Hotels, gave attendees the opportunity to see the venue in action and the many benefits that Leonardo Hotels’ meeting and conference rooms offer clients looking for an event space able to cater to a large range of different requirements.

The Gala Ball featured a casino drinks reception followed by a Vegas-themed show and afterparty held in the Paris Suite. With the ability to hold up to 650 delegates for a conference and the hotel’s London Suite nearby, the space is ideal for any exhibitions and events that require two large event spaces.

The drinks reception was held in the hotel’s Rotunda area which is perfect for hosting exhibitions or drinks receptions. In addition, the hotel features 362 bedrooms that attendees were able to experience first-hand, making it an ideal choice for any residential meeting and event enquiries.
