Double points to be rewarded through August and September

The Venues Collection has launched a loyalty programme to reward customers who place enquiries or book their venues for events, conferences, and training.

The ‘Grow Venue Rewards’ programme gives customers who place a confirmed booking Love2Shop vouchers which increase in value according to the value of the booking made.

Customers also are placed in a prize draw to win vouchers when they join the scheme and every time they place an enquiry for over £1,000.

To celebrate the launch, the Collection will be issuing double points on any business that takes place throughout August and September 2023.

Jo Austin, Sales Director, The Venues Collection said: “We pride ourselves on the relationships we have built up with our regular customers and want to acknowledge their loyalty and reward them. The scheme rewards confirmed bookings, but also gives everyone that places an enquiry with one of our venues the chance to win vouchers too. We have created this scheme to not only reward existing clients but to incentivise organisers and agents to get to know our venue offerings and to try us out and see how well we respond to their enquiry.” 

The scheme is valid for bookings for training events, team building, room hire, corporate banqueting and the 24 hour and day delegate rate for conferences, meetings, and events.
