30 Euston Square’s Auditorium: The rising star of business events

With auditoriums increasingly becoming the venue of choice for business conferences, debates, and high-profile presentations, the Auditorium at 30 Euston Square stands out for its versatility and ability to meet the demands of today’s event planners.

Designed with the needs of business professionals in mind, this purpose-built space will provide a dynamic and engaging experience for delegates. With advanced AV technology, a high-quality, integrated PA system and acoustics, the Auditorium is the perfect setting to put speakers front and centre and ensure they have the full attention of the audience to be able to inspire, inform, and influence.

“By focusing on the needs of both speakers and delegates, we’ve created a space that fosters greater attention, retention, and comfort,” says CJ Alves, Head of Sales, Events & Marketing at 30 Euston Square. “With plush, tiered seating that’s been designed with comfort in mind and the addition of table tops making it easier and more convenient for attendees to take notes, the Auditorium ensures laser sharp focus without distractions.”

The Auditorium is not just a venue for business conferences—it’s ideal for debates and discussions, with its ‘roving mic’ setup allowing for seamless audience participation. The efficient stage and aisle layout also enable smooth transitions between speakers, making it popular for events with tight agendas and multiple participants.

Accessibility was a top priority in the design phase, with induction hearing loops and six wheelchair seats ensuring that every delegate feels valued and welcomed. The spacious Exhibition Hall, which is connected to the Auditorium, offers a reception-style, open-plan layout that encourages human connection and conversation, whilst also being able to accommodate sponsor displays, exhibition stands and food stations for networking lunches.

In addition to these features, the Auditorium allows for lower setup costs, making it a cost-effective choice for clients. With tiered seats and AV provisions already in place, money can be saved on assembly time and costs, with these savings passed onto clients.
