beam Responsible Industry Charter

At beam, we believe our industry has a responsibility to operate in a way that supports people, planet and long-term business integrity. As a collective voice for the meetings, accommodation and events sector, we recognise that responsible business practices are essential to building a resilient, innovative and ethical industry.

Our members are at different stages of their responsible business journey. Some organisations are well advanced in their environmental, social and governance (ESG) programmes, while others are just beginning to develop their approach. beam is committed to supporting all members through this journey by sharing best practice, providing guidance and creating opportunities for collaboration.
