Butlin’s has announced the appointment of Ervina Kiezaite as the new National Sales Manager for Conferences & Events. With over 12 years of experience in sales, events, and marketing, Ervina is set to lead the continued growth of Butlin’s Conference & Events across its three resorts in Bognor Regis, Skegness, and Minehead.
Ervina joins Butlin’s from Clermont Hotel Group, where she successfully worked in Sales and Marketing for more than four years. Her wealth of expertise in delivering high-profile events and building strong client relationships will play a key role in further developing Butlin’s Conference & Events offering. With a focus on growing corporate sales, Ervina will continue to strengthen relationships with existing clients while also attracting new business across Butlin’s extensive range of event and conference facilities.
Ervina joins at an exciting time for Butlin’s. The brand relaunched its corporate events strategy with an ambitious plan to transform its corporate offering, and the strategy has already delivered impressive results. Butlin’s has hosted full venue takeovers by high-profile brands such as Wickes, Poundland, and Vets 4 Pets, showcasing Butlin’s ability to deliver large-scale, fully immersive experiences.
In 2024, Butlin’s Bognor Regis launched PLAYXPERIENCE, an innovative and immersive activity centre that adds a new dimension to Butlin’s all-in-one place USP. Additionally, Butlin’s has made Studio 36, its dynamic and versatile entertainment space, a permanent feature at all resorts, providing a state-of-the-art venue for both large conferences and intimate events. These milestones position Butlin’s Conference & Events to further expand its corporate day packages, catering to a growing demand for unique, high-impact venues and experiences.
