Greengage expands corporate sustainability services with acquisition of Responsible Futures

Greengage Solutions has taken a significant step forward in its commitment to enhance and expand its corporate sustainability offering with the acquisition of sustainability consultancy company, Responsible Futures.

As part of the deal, Responsible Futures, will be absorbed into the Greengage 360 Consulting division.  Sam Cande, founder and CEO of Responsible Futures, joins Greengage as Consultancy Director leading Greengage’s 360 Consulting division, working with organisations to achieve their sustainability goals through expert guidance and support.

Greengage Solutions and Responsible Futures formed a strategic partnership in March 2024 to help businesses in corporate travel, meetings and hospitality navigate the complexities of sustainability.

Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role with a proven record of empowering businesses to embrace sustainability through training, consulting and content-driven webinars.

Reflecting on her new position, Sam shared, “Over the past six months, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating closely with Greengage Solutions. Together, we’ve provided sustainability consulting, training and support to our clients, building a partnership based on shared values, mutual respect and trust. This collaboration fostered a genuine sense of belonging, and as our relationship deepened, so did my desire to officially join this remarkable company. I am so excited as I start this new chapter, as part of the Greengage team.”

Andrew Perolls, CEO and Founder of Greengage Solutions, expressed his enthusiasm for Sam’s appointment: “We are thrilled to welcome Sam on board. Her dedication to sustainability is inspiring, and her thought leadership in the travel and hospitality sector is widely respected. Under her guidance, our 360 Consulting division will offer an even more compelling proposition, adding expertise and resources to meet the increasing demand for sustainability consulting and training among corporate clients.”

Greengage’s 360 Consulting complements its existing offerings, which include the popular ECOsmart certification and EVENTsmart carbon measurement for events.
