Leading Yorkshire venue The Royal Armouries joins Venues of Excellence

Venues of Excellence, renowned for its collection of over 50 unique, diverse, and independently operated venues across the UK, proudly welcomes its latest member – The Royal Armouries. As the largest dedicated conference and events venue in Leeds, The Royal Armouries significantly strengthens the consortium’s presence in the North of England.

The Royal Armouries and New Dock are a blank canvas. Both event spaces have the ability to be transformed to create unique events. The three flagship event spaces – the Royal Armouries Hall, the Pearl Suite, and our New Dock Hall – are all flexible rooms that can host ground-breaking conferences by day and dazzling dinners by night.

    Document showing the legal form and ownership of your business (e.g. certificate of incorporation or equivalent).
  • Business registration & tax ID
    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.
  • Business bank account proof
    A bank letter or statement in the business name.
  • One recommendation letter
    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
