Lime Venue Portfolio Rebrands Its Central Desk as ‘The Hub’

Lime Venue Portfolio has rebranded its long-standing central desk as The Hub, a name that reflects its role as the beating heart of venue expertise, customer service, and industry intelligence.

For years, this central desk has been the go-to resource for planners and agencies, earning praise for its speed, accuracy, and collaborative approach. Now, under its new identity, The Hub is set to strengthen its position as the ultimate connector between venues and event professionals.

The name The Hub was chosen because it symbolises connection and collaboration, a place where ideas, insights, and opportunities converge. Lime Venue Portfolio offers a complimentary, expert-led service designed to simplify event planning and connect professionals with the ideal venue from its extensive UK and Ireland portfolio.

Through The Hub, customers will continue to enjoy fast, efficient responses to RFPs and benefit from Lime Venue Portfolio’s award-winning customer service, saving event professionals time and resources by receiving multiple proposals from a single enquiry. However, it’s not just a service; it’s a centre of excellence that links customers with the right venues while providing access to intelligence on key industry topics, helping to shape the future of events.

Kathleen Edwards, Head of Reactive Sales for Lime Venue Portfolio, said: “The Hub represents more than a name change – it’s a reaffirmation of our commitment to the event industry. For years, our central desk has been a trusted partner for planners. By rebranding it as The Hub, we’re emphasising its role as a connector, a source of insight, and a catalyst for better events.”

Lime Venue Portfolio’s customer service team has already earned industry recognition for its strong agency partnerships, and ability to deliver solutions quickly and effectively. Whether customers have a detailed brief or are just starting to explore options, the team at The Hub will continue to inspire new thinking around venue choice and ESG in events.

The Hub works in tandem with Lime Venue Portfolio’s account management team, ensuring customers achieve their objectives through a relationship-driven, value-focused approach.

By integrating service and intelligence under The Hub, Lime Venue Portfolio ensures it stays close to the issues that matter most to planners and delegates, aligning its venue portfolio with the evolving needs of the industry.
