RCP London Events’ in-house AV team recognised by leading professional body ISCVE

RCP London Events’ in-house audio-visual (AV) team has become a supporting member of The Institute of Sound, Communications & Visual Engineers (ISCVE), strengthening the venue’s in-house technical capabilities through industry-recognised accreditation.

The ISCVE is the UK’s specialist professional body for sound, communications and audio-visual engineers. Founded in 1948, the independent organisation promotes technical excellence and professional standards across the industry. Membership is awarded to qualified and experienced professionals and demonstrates a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of technical knowledge and best practice.

For clients hosting meetings, conferences and hybrid events at RCP London Events, the membership provides additional reassurance that every event is supported by an experienced team whose expertise is recognised by one of the industry’s leading professional organisations.

The AV team has built a reputation for delivering innovative production solutions across the venue’s diverse event spaces, successfully combining cutting-edge technology with the unique challenges of operating within the Royal College of Physicians’ Grade I listed building.

RCP London Events’ experts work closely with organisers on every event, tailoring technical solutions to match its scale and shape, from intimate board meetings through large-scale conferences and complex hybrid productions.

Its services include high-quality audio, multi-screen presentations, stage lighting and design, live streaming, video production, recording and interactive audience technologies, all supported through a range of flexible production packages.

These include dedicated Theatre, Conference and Presentation Packages, alongside bespoke hybrid and virtual event solutions and state-of-the-art engagement technologies. The venue’s latest innovation, the Immersive Projection Package, transforms its spaces into fully interactive environments, wrapping rooms in motion graphics and projecting visuals on the building’s exteriors.

RCP London Events’ head of AV and media services, Ben Pain, said: “Joining the ISCVE marks an exciting milestone for our team and reflects our dedication to pushing the boundaries of event audio-visual excellence. We are passionate about harnessing the power of technology to create memorable, engaging event experiences, and this recognition reinforces our commitment to innovation, professional growth and the highest standards of service. For our clients, joining the ISCVE provides added confidence that they are partnering with a team whose expertise is recognised by one of the industry’s leading professional bodies and whose focus is always on delivering exceptional results.”
