The QEII Centre reports record growth for third year running

World-renowned conference, events and exhibition venue The QEII Centre has reported an exceptional growth in sales for the third year in a row, with revenue just under £1 million ahead of this time last year.

The central London events venue has also reported healthy levels of multi-year bookings, as well as a solid pipeline of events, with confirmed bookings through to 2029. In addition, a significant portion of sales (65 per cent) comes from repeat bookings.

The strongest sectors for the venue are healthcare and media, accounting for over a third of bookings. These align closely with London’s core strengths as a global hub for these industries, underpinned by deep expertise and a strong professional ecosystem.

National and international corporate bookings accounted for the largest proportion of revenue in the period, at just over 40%. Meanwhile, national and international association bookings were also strong, at just over 20% of revenue.

Some of the events due to take place at the venue over the next six months include AIE Europe; Football Blacklist Awards; British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy Annual Scientific Meeting; Education World Forum; ESRI: Amazon Business Exchange; and NXTBLD 2026.

The QEII Centre’s Dare to be Bold initiative, which encourages planners to think beyond traditional event formats, alongside its accommodation service QEII Stays and its luxury catering offer – Michelin Dinner Packages developed in collaboration with Michelin Green Star chef Will Devlin – has elevated the venue’s core proposition beyond that of a simple one-stop shop, helping to drive increased revenue.

Saf Ismail, Chief Executive Officer, The QEII Centre, says: “These exceptional results are driven by our commitment and passion for bringing our clients’ bold event visions to life. They are a testament to the dedication of our proactive team, our creative new initiatives such as the Dare to be Bold campaign, QEII Stays and Michelin menus, and the strength of our comprehensive, 360-degree service. With a number of prestigious events already confirmed for this year and beyond, we are excited to continue turning adventurous ideas into outstanding experiences”
