What Judges will be looking for:

An individual who actively exemplifies beam’s core pillars—resilience, innovation, ethics, and quality—in their daily work and broader industry engagement. They will prioritise nominees who consistently go above and beyond standard expectations to support, advocate for, and advance the association’s mission. Rather than just meeting professional targets, the winning candidate will stand out through a tangible, passionate commitment to elevating industry standards, actively contributing to beam’s community success, and serving as an inspiring leader and champion for the business events and hospitality sector.
