In collaboration with IACC we’re excited to bring you our beam & IACC Venue & Supplier Expo at De Vere Horsley Estate on 16th September 2024.
The goal of this event is to enhance our partnership and meet with both UK beam and International IACC venue members, showcasing their exceptional venues and locations globally and their endorsement of the beam Code of Practice.
This event will allow for venues and agents to network and build valuable relationships whilst promoting cooperation. Additionally, participants will have the chance to learn about and understand the beam Code of Practice (COP) and how this is being endorsed across both associations.
IACC (International Association of Conference Centres) is dedicated to promoting the highest standards in the industry by offering exceptional venues worldwide.

Registration & Costs:
Expo Stand: £149 + VAT per stand, which includes a poseur table, pop-up banner space, bowl food, drinks reception and access to a cash bar. Please note each venue will be asked to donate a prize for the agency prize draw.
Additional Attendee: £99 + VAT for a second person from the same venue or brand.
beam Agency Members: Complimentary attendance, including dinner and overnight accommodation.

Agenda:
5:30 PM: Suppliers/Exhibitors arrival and setup
6:00 – 6:30 PM: Agents arrive
7:00 – 9:00 PM: Bowl Food dinner served in the room / expo
9:00 PM: Agency prize draw. All agent attendees will received a prize.
10:00 PM: Exhibition close & agents stay over
The expo will last for 4 hours with bowl food and a drinks reception served in the room.
This event will coincide with the last day of the IACC European Knowledge Festival.
