Event Agents Choice Award – Vote For Your Top Stadium Experience!

The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards is an annual award programme organised by Stadium Experience.  The awards recognise the fantastic commitment of the specialist events and hospitality teams that work tirelessly at stadium venues across the UK.  

There are 15 award categories in 2026, including the Event Agents Choice Award – Specifically for event agents to have their say and vote for their top stadium enquiry experience.  If you’re an event agent, please take 2 minutes to place your vote in the Event Agents Choice Award and recognise the very best stadium venues!

Place Your Free Vote:

To vote you must be an event agent who has placed a non-matchday enquiry at a UK stadium venue, between 1st April 2025 – 27th March 2026 (The event date can be after these dates).  You have just one vote – For your top stadium venue where you had the best event enquiryexperience. Please consider the full enquiry process, assistance given with event planning, and overall service received by the venue.  Only one vote per person permitted. Only one vote per event enquiry permitted.  

Deadline – 27th March 2026.  The results will be announced on 2nd July at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2026.

What you need before applying

Make sure you have the following ready to upload:

  • Legal/business registration proof
    Document showing the legal form and ownership of your business (e.g. certificate of incorporation or equivalent).
  • Business registration & tax ID
    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.
  • Business bank account proof
    A bank letter or statement in the business name.
  • One recommendation letter
    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
