The Meetings Show calls on speakers to step up, stand out, and share what matters

Do you have an idea, insight or story that could inspire the meetings, incentives and events community?

The Meetings Show is calling on speakers with something powerful to share to be part of its world-class education programme – a space where ideas spark action and voices inspire change.

Returning to Excel London on 24–25 June 2026, The Meetings Show brings together thousands of meetings and events professionals from around the world. Each year, its education programme is one of the show’s most talked-about features – offering buyers the chance to learn from industry experts, innovators and emerging voices as they share their experiences, challenge perceptions and shape the future of events.

Curated in partnership with The Attendee Experience Company (atex), the 2026 programme for the two-day Northstar Meetings Group show will once again deliver actionable learning through inspiring and engaging sessions – from hands-on workshops and data-led discussions to immersive storytelling and lively debate.

Further building on the success of this year’s highly rated sessions, the 2026 edition will focus on empowering event professionals to navigate the challenges that matter most. Budgets are under strain, technology is evolving at rapid speed, wellbeing is under pressure, and demonstrating the true value and impact of meetings and events has never been more important.

The Meetings Show is seeking speakers who can bring these conversations to life – offering practical insight, future-focused ideas and tools that attendees can apply immediately to strengthen their organisations and careers.

“We’re looking for bold thinkers and fresh perspectives, both from within the events sector and beyond,” said The Meetings Show’s knowledge director, Samme Allen. “Whether you’re an experienced leader or an emerging voice with a powerful story to tell, this is your opportunity to connect with an audience that’s actively seeking new ideas, practical solutions and inspiration.”

Jack Marczewski, portfolio event director, Northstar Meetings Group, said: “The Meetings Show thrives on the sharing of ideas and experience. We’re looking for speakers who can connect and empower delegates with insight, spark meaningful conversations and contribute to real progress across the meetings and events community. If you’ve got something to say and share that helps others to think differently or work smarter, we want to hear from you.”

Speaking at The Meetings Show is more than a moment on stage – it’s a chance for those taking part to raise their profile as a thought leader and connect directly with the decision-makers shaping tomorrow’s events. Speakers enjoy high visibility through the show’s marketing and PR activity, extended reach via its Speaker Playbook, and valuable networking opportunities across curated events and exhibition-floor conversations.

Beyond the stage, they can also join exclusive Meet the Speaker sessions, enjoy complimentary access to The Meetings Show as well as its collocated events – TravelTech Show and Business Travel Show Europe – and take advantage of the speaker lounge hospitality.

To apply, speakers should submit a session title, a concise synopsis of what delegates will gain, and their preferred presentation format here. Applications close at 17:30 on Friday 16 January 2026.
