Voting now open for the 2025 Event Tech Live Launchpad competition

Back for another exciting year, the Launchpad gives start-ups and emerging event technology innovators the chance to showcase their ideas to the global events community. This year’s competition is proudly sponsored by Electric Cat, Mash Media, and Event Industry News, three brands passionate about supporting the next generation of event tech pioneers.

Voting is being powered by the brilliant Komo platform, giving audiences the chance to explore the shortlisted entries and have their say in who takes home the coveted Launchpad title. Head to https://etl.komo.site/ to discover this year’s finalists and cast your vote.

This year’s Launchpad judging panel brings together a wealth of experience and insight from across the event and technology landscape. The judges are:

  • Cat Kevern – Electric Cat
  • Keri Kemp – Excel London
  • Kashif Din – One World Rental

Finalists will go head-to-head live at Event Tech Live which takes place on 12th & 13th November at Excel, pitching to an audience of industry professionals, investors, and media. The winner will walk away with not just the title, but valuable exposure, media support, and the opportunity to fast-track their growth in the event tech space.

Voting is open now and will close on 11th November. The winner will be revealed live at Event Tech Live 2025.

What you need before applying

Make sure you have the following ready to upload:

  • Legal/business registration proof
    Document showing the legal form and ownership of your business (e.g. certificate of incorporation or equivalent).
  • Business registration & tax ID
    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.
  • Business bank account proof
    A bank letter or statement in the business name.
  • One recommendation letter
    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
