Beyond the Exhibition Hall: How Rural Space Is Shaping the Future of Events

NAEC Stoneleigh is widely recognised for its heritage as the former home of the Royal Show, but what is often overlooked is how far the venue has evolved. Today, it stands firmly as The Midlands’ go to destination for exhibitions, conferences, and live events, hosting more than 400 events each year from intimate meetings to large-scale exhibitions – with trusted organisers returning year after year.

Offering over 21,000 square metres of flexible indoor space alongside 250 acres of expansive outdoor grounds, NAEC Stoneleigh is purpose-built for practical, hands-on events. Its adaptable layouts go far beyond the constraints of traditional exhibition centres, allowing the venue to shape itself around each event – not the other way around.

Set within the Warwickshire countryside, the venue provides a calm, distraction-free environment with strong brand alignment across agricultural, engineering, sustainability, outdoor, and automotive sectors. Despite its rural setting, NAEC Stoneleigh delivers the ideal balance of countryside scale and central UK accessibility. Organisers and visitors benefit from reduced congestion, 10,000 free on-site parking spaces, and a smoother arrival experience – helping attendees stay focused and stress-free.

Sustainability is naturally embedded into the venue’s offering. The rural location supports greener event solutions through reduced traffic congestion, seamless outdoor integration, and responsible land use. All catering produce is locally sourced, directly supporting regional farmers and reinforcing the venue’s commitment to sustainable practices.

Ease of logistics and exhibitor experience sits at the heart of NAEC Stoneleigh’s values. Wide access routes, generous loading areas, and extensive on-site parking ensure efficient build-up and breakdown. Complementing this is a dedicated, hands-on team, providing clients with direct access to experienced account and venue managers who offer bespoke, solution-driven support at every stage.

In a landscape dominated by urban venues, NAEC Stoneleigh offers a compelling alternative – delivering freedom, flexibility, and outstanding value without compromising on scale, accessibility, or professionalism.
