Celebrity chef Kate Austen joins Spirit of Christmas Fair line-up at Olympia

Returning to Olympia from 3 – 9 November 2025, the Spirit of Christmas Fair will introduce an exciting new culinary feature as Kate Austen, a Great British Menu finalist, brings her refined modern British small plates with a festive twist to the Fair. Austen’s signature dishes will be complemented by exclusive creations available only at Olympia, marking the first time members of the public can taste and enjoy Austen’s dishes.

The 2025 edition of Spirit of Christmas Fair promises to deliver an enhanced experience for visitors and organisers alike, with several new features shaping the show. More than 600 independent brands and design-makers, selected for their quality and originality, will showcase their products, alongside the launch of Spirit Rising Stars, a dedicated platform to help launch young and emerging brands who will be exhibiting at the Fair for the first time.

Nick Graham, Director of Exhibitions at Olympia Events, said:

“This year marks our 24th year hosting the iconic Spirit of Christmas Fair. It’s great to see how this core event in our Christmas calendar continues to re-invent itself and re-engage audiences with new and exciting event experiences. We’re thrilled to welcome Kate to the venue and bring her refined British and festive flavours to the event this year.”

Commenting on her involvement, Kate Austen said:

“I can’t wait to be part of the Spirit of Christmas Fair this November. Cooking is my passion, and Christmas is all about sharing food and creating happy memories with the people you love. I’ll be serving up British favourites with a festive twist, and I’m so excited for visitors to come along, try my dishes, and be part of this unmissable celebration of creativity and community.”

In addition to Austen’s new British menu, diners will also have the option to enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea over a glass of Champagne at one of the four Louis Roederer Champagne bars, located on the Fair show floor.
