Chesford Grange Hotel achieves platinum standard in VenueVerdict assessment as The QHotels Collection celebrates multiple accreditations

The QHotels Collection is celebrating a wave of new successes in the latest VenueVerdict assessment by BVA BDRC, the UK’s leading meetings and events customer feedback programme.

With over 1,000 venues participating worldwide, Chesford Grange Hotel has been awarded Platinum Standard for its performance in both Event Planner Feedback and Mystery Shopping Q2 for 2025, a reflection of its outstanding service delivery and consistent excellence in managing event enquiries.

VenueVerdict is an independent benchmarking programme designed to assess the full customer journey. This includes real event planner feedback through updated two-part surveys, as well as mystery shopping exercises that evaluate how enquiry handlers manage first impressions, site inspections, and follow-up. Achieving Platinum status signifies that Chesford Grange Hotel has met the very highest standards across these measures.

In addition to this success, a number of other The QHotels Collection properties have also been recognised.

Awarded Highly Commended includes: Ashford International Hotel & Spa, Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, Belton Woods Hotel Spa & Golf Resort and The Park Royal Hotel & Spa.

Awarded Commended: Norton Park Hotel Spa & Manor House, Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa, Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort and Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.

In the Mystery Shopping element of the assessment, all 19 properties of The QHotels Collection were awarded accreditation from Gold to Commended standard.

    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.

    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
