Conference Care Appoints Pauline Beattie as Managing Director

Conference Care has announced the appointment of Pauline Beattie as its new Managing Director, marking an important moment for the business.

Alongside this change, Andrew Deakin moves into the role of Chief Executive, where he will focus on strategic oversight, key projects and growth initiatives, working closely with Pauline to lead Conference Care into its next phase.

Pauline has been an integral part of Conference Care for more than 25 years, earning a strong reputation across the meetings and events industry for her leadership, commercial insight, client-focused approach and enduring commitment to sustainability.

As Sales Director, Pauline has helped sharpen Conference Care’s commercial strategy, deepen client relationships and unlock new opportunities across client partnerships while driving the evolution of its service offering through digital innovation and sustainability-led solutions.

In her new role as Managing Director, Pauline will lead Conference Care with a clear sense of direction, aiming to build on the experience, talent and ambition across the business. She will strengthen client and sector partnerships, accelerate sustainable solutions, enhance digital capability and continue developing a culture that attracts and retains outstanding people.

Pauline’s contribution to the wider industry is also reflected in her role as Co-Chair of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO), where she has helped support the organisation’s growth, champion professional development, and contribute to its role as a leading voice within the conference and events sector.

Known for her collaborative and approachable leadership style, Pauline brings together commercial focus, industry knowledge and a genuine passion for people.

    Document showing the legal form and ownership of your business (e.g. certificate of incorporation or equivalent).
  • Business registration & tax ID
    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.
  • Business bank account proof
    A bank letter or statement in the business name.
  • One recommendation letter
    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
