ICC WalesThe Celtic Manor Resort and The Parkgate Hotel have joined industry association beam, further enhancing the portfolio’s voice as a key player within the UK’s meetings and events industry.

beam is one of the UK’s leading associations for the business, events, accommodation, and meetings industry. As members, the three South Wales venues will have access to a wide network of industry experts, support and resources as well as the option to attend industry-leading events and take part in government lobbying to enhance the sector.

    Document showing the legal form and ownership of your business (e.g. certificate of incorporation or equivalent).

    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.

    A bank letter or statement in the business name.

    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
