Industry Momentum Builds at NAEC Stoneleigh

NAEC Stoneleigh continues to shake up the industry. Reflecting on the last 6 months, the venue has continued to make its mark as a prime exhibition venue in Coventry and Warwickshire and continues to develop its sales and marketing plans, and strategic supplier partnerships throughout 2025. 

From 2024 to 2025, the venue has experienced an 21% increase in trade exhibitions, 46% in consumer exhibitions. The sales team continue to work closely with a number of organisers developing new and existing relationships, resulting in a 17% increase in event retention closing 2024. The venues new business event portfolio is flying; enquiry levels have increased by around 15% to date. 

Event organisers are optimistic about the future of NAEC Stoneleigh, with many believing that the venue’s momentum will continue to grow. Recent upgrades, like the improved onsite hotel and bistro, have boosted the overall visitor experience. Additionally, the installation of high-spec lighting in Hall 2 has received exceptional feedback from event organisers, especially those managing large-scale conferences, providing them with greater production flexibility.

NAEC Stoneleigh’s attractive features, including free parking and a central location within a four-hour drive of 98% of the UK population, are also contributing factors to its growing popularity.

In 2025, NAEC Stoneleigh will continue to host a diverse range of events, including some exciting new exhibitions like Super Trowel, Dairy Industries Expo, FRY IT Expo, Machine Building Live, and The Recovery Tow Show, among others.     Document showing the legal form and ownership of your business (e.g. certificate of incorporation or equivalent).
  • Business registration & tax ID
    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.
  • Business bank account proof
    A bank letter or statement in the business name.
  • One recommendation letter
    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
