We are thrilled to share an exciting milestone, KDM Events is celebrating 35 years of delivering exceptional team-building experiences, conferences and event management.

Since our founding in 1990, we have had the privilege of working with incredible clients, venues and partners across the UK, bringing ideas to life and creating memorable experiences.

With a nationwide presence and an expert in-house team of 30 staff managing over 1,000 events each year, KDM Events continues to grow, innovate and set new standards in the industry.

As we celebrate this milestone, we want to extend a huge thank you to the amazing KDM team who have been part of this journey and we look forward to delivering brilliant events for many years to come!

What you need before applying

Make sure you have the following ready to upload:

  • Legal/business registration proof
    Document showing the legal form and ownership of your business (e.g. certificate of incorporation or equivalent).
  • Business registration & tax ID
    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.
  • Business bank account proof
    A bank letter or statement in the business name.
  • One recommendation letter
    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
