Silver Linings: Eventurous Celebrates Double Success at the M&IT Awards 2026

Two silver awards and four finalist places celebrate the agency’s expertise and the people behind its events.

Eventurous is celebrating a double silver success at the M&IT Awards 2026, taking home awards for Best Event Provider and Best Intermediary Agency (Mid-sized, 21 to 40 employees). The ceremony, held at Grosvenor House London on Friday 18 September, brought together companies and individuals from across the events industry to celebrate their achievements.

The wins follow last year’s gold for Best Intermediary Agency and bronze for Best Event Provider. Moving from bronze to silver in the provider category marks a step forward, while securing awards in both categories for a second consecutive year gives the team another reason to celebrate its continued industry recognition.

This year also saw Eventurous increase its shortlist presence to four categories, with individual recognition for two members of its team. Flow Hancox, Head of Business Development, was named a finalist for M&IT Personality of the Year, while Evie Measom, Senior Event Consultant, was shortlisted for The Chris Peacock Rising Star of the Year.

For Eventurous, those four finalist places were an achievement in their own right. Being recognised alongside respected peers and strong competition across both company and individual categories made this year’s awards a celebration of the business as a whole, as well as the talent within it.

Joe Garland, Owner Director at Eventurous, said:

“As business owners, one of the most rewarding things is seeing our team recognised by an industry we respect so much. We see the thought, care and hard work that goes into every event, including everything that happens behind the scenes to make it a success.

“To come home with two silver awards, having been shortlisted in four categories, is a real moment of pride for us. There are some exceptional businesses and individuals in these categories, and being recognised alongside them means a great deal. These awards belong to the whole team.”

Both company categories are decided by votes from UK-based event organisers, making the recognition particularly meaningful for an agency built on client relationships and collaborative event delivery.

With more than 35 years’ experience, Eventurous brings full service creative agency expertise to corporate events.  From venue finding and creative development to AV, production and on-site management and team building, its team helps clients bring the different elements of an event together through one experienced partner.

Joanna Garland, Owner Director at Eventurous, added:

“We’re particularly proud of Flow and Evie. Their finalist places are achievements to celebrate, and it’s wonderful to see the people we value so highly recognised beyond our own team.

“An awards evening gives us the chance to pause and appreciate what everyone contributes throughout the year. It’s the creativity, the willingness to help each other and the care taken over the smallest details that make the difference for our clients.

“Thank you to everyone who voted for us, to our clients and partners for their continued trust, and to our brilliant team. We’re celebrating these two silvers with a huge sense of pride and plenty of enthusiasm for what comes next.”

Eventurous would like to extend its congratulations to all this year’s winners and finalists, celebrating the shared commitment to delivering exceptional events that makes recognition within the industry so rewarding.
