The Jockey Club Venues boosts new business

The Jockey Club Venues, a collection of destination event and hospitality venues across the UK, has further strengthened its New Business Team for Conferences & Events with two new appointments – Jasmine Taylor and Tash Stone.

Jasmine will join the Cheltenham team as Conference & Events Sales Manager, while Tash joins as Senior Sales Executive for Conferences and Events for the group. Tash spent the last two years as a Regional Sales Manager at Center Parcs UK & Ireland, where she was responsible for driving business into both Sherwood and Woburn Forest. Jasmine joins from her post as Commercial Office Manager at The Welcombe Hotel BW Premier Collection.

Tash and Jasmine have been brought on board to drive large-scale conferences, exhibitions, banqueting and outdoor events to The Jockey Club Venue’s larger capacity venues across the UK – Cheltenham, Sandown Park, Epsom Downs, Newmarket, Kempton Park, Haydock Park and Aintree.

Jasmine and Tash will report to Dan Elliott, who was recently appointed Head of New Business, and Charlotte Jones, who has been newly promoted to Head of Conference and Events Sales for the group.

Dan Elliott says: “We are delighted to welcome Tash and Jasmine on board, at this exciting period of growth for The Jockey Club Venues brand. Both bring with them a wealth of experience and enthusiasm, having been immersed in the world of conference and events for many years. As we renew our focus on what we do best – large-scale conferences and events, we are looking forward to sharing our stunning venues with many more people in the months ahead.”

The Jockey Club Venues offers a wide variety of spacious, flexible, and purpose-built meetings and events spaces. All Jockey Club Venues have easy access to plentiful outdoor space, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, on-site catering and ample on-site car parking.
