The Venues Collection launches Trainers’ Plus package at The Meetings Show

The Venues Collection is launching Trainers’ Plus, a new trainer-focused meetings package designed specifically to support training providers, learning and development teams, and organisations delivering professional development programmes across the UK.

Officially launching at the Meetings Show, Trainers’ Plus has been developed in response to growing demand from training organisations for venues that offer consistency, reliability and a seamless experience for both delegates and trainers. While many venue groups focus primarily on delegate experience, The Venues Collection has created a package that recognises the critical role trainers play in the success of any learning event.

Available across The Venues Collection’s portfolio of venues, the package includes a dedicated Trainer Welcome Package featuring reserved parking, a complimentary arrival drink, a quiet preparation space, bespoke Wi-Fi networks, early access to training rooms where available, an on-the-day support contact and upgraded accommodation.

The package has been designed to remove common frustrations experienced by trainers and facilitators, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences rather than logistical challenges.

In addition to trainer-specific benefits, the package offers organisations the reassurance of a consistent experience across multiple UK locations, making it particularly attractive for businesses delivering national training programmes.

Katie Whitby, Head of Sales at The Venues Collection, said: “Training providers tell us that consistency, reliability and ease of delivery are just as important as the training room itself. So we have created something that genuinely supports the people delivering the training.

“Trainers are often the individuals influencing venue decisions, yet their needs can be overlooked. By focusing on practical details such as dedicated parking, bespoke Wi-Fi and quiet preparation space, we have designed Trainers’ Plus around the trainer experience, helping them arrive prepared, deliver with confidence and leave with a positive impression of our venues.”

Visitors attending The Meetings Show will be able to learn more about Trainers’ Plus and discuss how The Venues Collection can support training programmes of all sizes across its UK venue portfolio.

The Venues Collection will be at The Meetings Show on stand D69.
