Warwick Conferences Launches Space to Think Newsletter to Inspire and Support the Events Community

Warwick Conferences has announced the launch of Space to Think, a brand-new thought-leadership newsletter on LinkedIn designed to inspire, inform and support event professionals, organisers and business leaders across the meetings and events sector. Space to Think offers fresh insights, practical guidance and actionable tools to help shape the future of conference and event design.

Drawing on Warwick Conferences’ extensive experience of delivering impactful events on the University of Warwick campus, Space to Think explores key industry priorities, including sustainability, carbon reduction, measuring return on investment (ROI), creating purposeful team-building experiences and supporting delegate wellbeing. The newsletter pairs big-picture thinking with practical takeaways, helping planners turn strategy into action with resources such as the Carbon Calculator and ROI Estimator.

“Our goal is simple: to share ideas and tools that will help you design experiences that connect, inspire and achieve measurable impact,” said Paul Bartlett, Director of Warwick Conferences. “As we look ahead to 2026, we’re focusing on the topics that matter most: cost efficiency, sustainability, wellbeing and engagement. These aren’t just challenges – they’re opportunities to create events that deliver real value.”

Space to Think reflects Warwick Conferences’ belief that exceptional events begin with thoughtful design and the right environment – space not just to meet, but to pause, reflect and think differently. Through this newsletter, the organisation aims to spark conversation, share knowledge and offer fresh perspectives that enable clients and partners to deliver extraordinary events.
