beam Podcast – Episode 5: The ins and outs of apprenticeships

The fifth and final beam podcast of Series 1 has landed. Hosted by beam Training Director Carla Garman, and guests, Richard Goodwin – Group Chief Exec JGA Group, Candice Kass Events – Apprenticeship Advisory Board & Community Relations Manager at the Power of Events and Sian Sayward – Inntel Director of People, Partnerships & Strategic Projects, and beam Past Chair & Governance Director.

They explore the benefits of Apprenticeships for our industry, changing the perception of them being only for school leavers or younger team members, the ease of getting started, available funding and training providers, and more. This is a super insightful and honest discussion for anyone thinking about taking advantage of what Apprenticeships can offer you or your teams.
