Role: Reservations Consultant

Location: HTS – Droitwich / Hybrid 

Salary: : £25,400, dependent on experience

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking an Reservations Consultant in Droitwich to join our operations team.

The role

We are looking for a hotel and travel Reservations Consultant who want to listen to our clients’ briefs and help turn these into reality. You will be the key point of contact and help to increase our reservations bookings as the industry builds back up. We are looking for the right person who can step up to the challenge.

About you

  • At least 1 year of experience dealing with customer service (reservations and travel experience is a bonus)
  • Prioritise time effectively managing reservations enquiries working towards targets and deadlines
  • Maintain and deliver a positive “can do” attitude at all times
  • Prioritise time effectively managing reservations, working towards targets and deadlines
  • Enjoy visiting hotels and venues increasing your knowledge at every opportunity
