Location: Remote role with two days per month required in the Essex office

Salary: 60,000 (up to) + Performance Bonus + Benefits

Job Description

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, within business travel, travel tech, events or related services.
  • Proven track record in selling to senior stakeholders in procurement, HR, travel or finance.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel, event and meetings landscapes, a fast learner with a consultative mindset.
  • Superb communication, storytelling and commercial skills, you can open doors and build trust quickly.
  • Self-starter with drive, curiosity and a desire to work with autonomy.
  • Able to manage a pipeline, CRM updates and reporting with precision.

We’re now looking for a strategic, intelligent and self-driven Business Development Manager to join our award-winning team. This is more than just a sales role, it’s about understanding what modern travel buyers truly need and building relationships that lead to long-term impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from market mapping and first contact through to pitching, proposal and close.
  • Develop and convert new business opportunities with mid–large UK organisations (typically £500k–£10m+ travel spend).
  • Articulate and differentiate Inntel’s value proposition across travel, meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, bid management and leadership to shape compelling, client-specific solutions.
  • Represent Inntel at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities and virtual forums.
  • Provide strategic insight into sales process improvements and growth opportunities.

*Please note there will be an initial 2 weeks induction and training period based at our office in Essex and you will be required to spend 2 days per month in the office.
