beam opens registration for Annual Forum 2026 and announces keynote speaker Nick Saunders

beam has opened registration for its Annual Forum 2026, taking place at Wyboston Lakes Resort on 16–17 July, with this year’s theme continuing the conversation around the power of human connection within the events and hospitality industry.

Following the success of last year’s Relationships 2.0 forum, this year’s event, Relationships 3.0: From Connection to Momentum, will explore how relationships can drive collaboration, innovation and business growth across the sector.

The forum will be opened by Labour MP for Bedford Mohammad Yasin MP, including an opportunity for attendees to take part in a live Q&A session. Andrew Griffith MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Business & Trade, will join Robert Wright from The Business of Events for a fireside chat discussing the future business landscape for the industry.

beam has also confirmed award-winning speaker Nick Saunders as keynote speaker. Having reached more than two million people globally through his talks and events, Nick’s keynote will focus on the importance of trust and human connection in an increasingly AI-driven world.

David Tremmil, Chair of beam, said:

“Last year’s forum really struck a chord with people. There was a genuine appetite to talk about relationships, collaboration and the human side of our industry, so continuing the theme this year felt like the right thing to do.

“Relationships 3.0 is about taking those conversations a step further, looking at how the connections we make can create real momentum for our businesses, our people and the wider industry.

“We’re really pleased to have Nick Saunders joining us because his message around trust and human connection is incredibly relevant right now. Alongside the political insight, industry discussion and networking opportunities, this year’s forum will give people the chance to step back, share ideas and come away feeling inspired and energised.”

beam is proud to be working alongside event partners Wyboston Lakes Resort, Just Smile, Speakers Corner, KDM Events and Cvent to deliver this year’s Annual Forum.

Registration for the beam Annual Forum 2026 is now open with early bird tickets available until 2nd June 2026.
