From Search to Success: IACC Unveils Game-Changing AI Venue Finder

IACC, the global association representing business event venue operators, has launched its brand-new website, featuring the first AI-driven venue finder created by an industry association. This innovative tool provides meeting professionals with a faster, smarter and more accurate way to source venues worldwide, while retaining a traditional search function for added flexibility.

The new platform showcases over 400 IACC-certified hotels, resorts, conference venues and experiential venues across 18 countries, representing the top 1% of dedicated meeting venues worldwide. It provides planners with advanced search technology and practical resources, while venue operators can access case studies, research, knowledge sharing and improved account management. Together, these features support better meetings and strengthen engagement across the IACC community.

  • Business registration & tax ID
    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.
  • Business bank account proof
    A bank letter or statement in the business name.
  • One recommendation letter
    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
