Leading Change is a 12-week group coaching journey for busy sustainability professionals, who don’t yet feel like “leaders.”
Launching Wednesday, 15 October 2025, the programme is designed to help participants grow their confidence, expand their influence, and embed sustainability into company priorities
Why Leading Change?
Too many sustainability leads feel:
- Overwhelmed and stretched too thin
- Unsure how to prioritise and say “no”
- Frustrated by limited influence outside the “sustainability bubble”
- Stuck on the edge of decision-making conversations
- Held back by imposter feelings and low confidence
Leading Change tackles these challenges head-on, in a supportive peer group environment.
What’s Included
The programme combines flexible learning with interactive coaching and peer support, giving participants:
🎯 Weekly bite-sized learning modules on mindset, influence, and culture change
🤝 Weekly group coaching sessions (recorded for flexibility)
🛠️ Practical frameworks such as Mapping allies and building influence and Building your business case for change
🌱 A private 1:1 kickoff session to align personal goals
👥 Intimate cohorts (max 15 participants) for genuine collaboration and support
From the Founder
Briony Pete, Director of The Circular Life, explains:
“The biggest complaints I hear from sustainability professionals are: ‘I’m outside the decision-making room,’ ‘I feel like a lone ranger,’ and ‘I don’t know how to articulate my case in a language business leaders understand.’
I designed this programme to specifically address those challenges in a format that is accessible, collaborative, and genuinely fun.”
